This warranty does not apply if damage is caused by misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, care and maintenance or use of non compatible replacement parts. This warranty does not cover any labor charges incurred or damage caused by installation, repair or replacement. Manufacturing defects in special finishes are limited to 5 years. MZ recommends a professional plumber for all installation.
